Traffic Manager - Experienced in TCPSs using Rapid Plan computer software, Roads and Highway setup procedures, Permit applications, Client liaison, OH&S requirements, Risk management and be responsible for Supervision of traffic control staff, roster arrangements and ensuring traffic controllers are allocated for clients job sites, and be familiar with the Qld Traffic controller accreditation scheme. .We are also happy to discuss a commission fee in conjunction with a generous salary for a manager whom can bring clients over to Elite. A generous commission rate can be discussed at time of interview and will remain strictly confidential. We have already been invited to provide our rates and services to a number of large national based construction companies due to our involvement in the provision of our security services to various government projects.
The right person should be flexible and be in a position to assist Elite management in the start up phase. If it makes you feel more comfortable we are happy for you to quote the salary amount you are seeking, in your reference for discussion at interview. The salary amount may rise based on the Traffic Managers work load. We do not believe it would be fair to increase workloads beyond a reasonable persons expectations. The supply of a company vehicle may be negotiated after a six (6) month probationary period and after satisfactory results are achieved by the applicant. An airconditioned modern office and facilities, mobile phone will be supplied for employment purposes. We operate from a modern office located at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast.
Please ensure you include in your resume a copy of your certificates and licence's plus the actual relevant experience that you have in the traffic control industry. Superannuation will be paid at the applicable rate along with paid annual leave after a satisfactory employment period has been met.

Licensed Traffic Controllers - Various levels
Must have licence's and an understanding of OH&S procedures. Various levels would include traffic supervisors who must have previous experience and be able to work with other team members.

Supervisors must have an understanding of OH&S , team leadership skills, site setup and removal and client liaison at construction sites and roadwork's.
